Go out to the IBM support site (see my sig below) and do some searches on the error messages, particularly ANR0102E and ANR1181E. You'll find an APAR that is a close match to your symptoms, though the APAR was never resolved.
Then, barring any other info that others with more practical experience in this area might have, I would recommend contacting IBM support for further assistance.
