Incrementals and Images are not the same type of objects insite TSM.

I'm sure I asked the machine owner to restart the services, but I would have thought the manual backup process rereads the options file anyway before processing any files. Any normal file rebind would have worked this way I'm sure of it. Can anyone see what's gone wrong, or (in the words of BBC2 star Terry Wogan) is it me?
