Go to the TSM support page (see my sig below), then go to the bottom of that page and look for "Information Center", which links to the online manuals. Follow that link, then enter ANS1468E in the search box on the left side of the page (above the "Contents" pane) and you should be able to pull up the message info. - Agreed that the message is probably not as helpful as it might be. - I suggest ensuring that this is not a Windows issue by running ntbackup, then run through the Automated System Recovery Wizard. If that falls over, then your problem is probably Windows-related. - On which specific Windows OS and SP does this occur?
