Hey folks, Is there a way to have TSM execute a command file, but one stored on the server? Here's what I'm trying to do: I want to be able to do a MOVE DRM from my desktop (where I have dsmadmc running locally), have it generate the checkin script, and then execute that script. The reason is that we're using named private volumes for our offsites, but scratch tapes for our db backups, and I want to issue the correct checkin status. Why not just execute dsmadmc on the server? I could, and I probably will, but I'm eventually planning on constructing a click-and-drool applet to make this easier for my other admins when I'm on vacation, and I prefer location independence -- the app may run on a different box entirely. Any ideas? --Jim
