I don't think so. TOR is calling the regular admin client under the covers.
You could play around with the DISABLE EVENTS command; see if you can keep the messages from appearing in the actlog. Then set up a script that runs the DISABLE at a time before your daily report(s) kick off, then another script later that re-enables them. That's the only thing I can think of.
