Hi, Looks like this will not work. ITSM will not overwrite the last version of its database back-up, so you need another tape.
For some reason, I would be a little more carefull with my database back-up. If you lose your database and cannot restore it (maybe because of overusing this database backup tape), you endup with a lot more scratch tapes than you would like to.... Have you looked at defining a file device class using a network share on a remote server as target, making your database back-ups on that?
