Gary - See "Schedule, missed" in http://people.bu.edu/rbs/ ADSM.QuickFacts for common causes. In particular, you won't have any error indications in logs if no process was present to log them. The server log only knows of the client not responding, so you have to investigate the client for reasons. Look for any dsmerror.log files which may contain supplementary info. The TSM Problem Determination Guide has a section on diagnosing client scheduler problems, which is there to help if you need it. Richard Sims
