Yep. Here's what we do:

1) Put your NIC driver install on a floppy.
2) Create the TSMASR floppy as per the instructions in the client manual
3) Edit the TSMASR floppy with NOTEPAD (on another machine), insert the
following three lines at the beginning of the TSMASR.cmd  file:

@echo Please insert vendor NIC drivers disk in drive A: 
@PAUSE
a:\setup.exe

Subject: TSM and ASR recovery of Windows 2003 server

I am going through the ASR function of TSM while installing
Windows 2003. The install does not install the NIC driver
and without that ASR wont work unlesss I used backupsets.
I am using a farily new IBM server that uses Broadcom nic drivers

Any one seen this issue before.
