Usually, I simply wait an hour or two, and this resolves itself. Some process has something here pinned, and that process has to finish. Could be a backup, a restore, expiration, reclamation, or who knows what internal machination. Patience has usually worked for me on problems of this nature. If you're really anxious about it, restart the server, but I wouldn't bother, since this is a problem that actually can be solved by going for lunch.
