Hello, you need to install the ultrium device driver. From your post, it does not appear this was done. You can download the latest IBM ultrium device driver for Windows 2003 - 32 bit here :
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/storage/devdrvr/Windows/Win2003/Latest/IBMTape.x86_6138.zip Extract the zip file and run the install.exe to install the driver for the 3584 and 3580 drives. Following that, you should be able to see the Medium Changer and Tape Drives under "Device Manager". Bye !
