Goran, What are the contents of your tdpo.opt, dsm.opt and dsm.sys? Also, where are they placed?
Seems, there is some inconsistency in the option file path, while looking at the line in tdpoerror.log: "11/13/2006 14:41:34 TID<778564> ==> ANU2615E Options file '/usr/tivoli/tsm/oracle/bin64/tdpo.opt' not found." But, you are using the tdpo.opt from /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/oracle/bin64/tdpo.opt...!
