I used the Gui to removed the TSM  services (acceptor and scheduler)
then I did a
re-install on both and it cleared up the issue.

F.Y.I - I had the same issue with another windows 2003 box and found out
that I could have
           just used the Dsmcutil update utililty then start tsm services.

Hello,


I installed  the Windows TSM client 5.3.4 on a Windows server yesterday.
I am seeing the following
Error.  I have check the Cad services and it seems ok, has any seen this
type error before?

Error starting schedule service: CadSchedName registry value is empty
Ans1977E Dsmcad schedule invocation was unsuccessful
