Thank you!  This actually confirms a lot of what we were thinking, so at
least we know we aren't totally off track in our implementation, it's
just the way the product works, or rather doesn't work.

When I heard about it ( Long Time Ago: Last Oxford ) my comment was that
it is not really like anything that I've seen labeled HSM before.
