On some of my SQL servers rights have been taken away from the local system account to SQL. In the documentation I found that I can add the username & password to a user that has rights to backup SQL to the command file to run the backup. The problem with this is that it is in clear text so anyone who has rights to the server can see the username & password. Is there any other way to set this up?
