Configuration is all in the manuals, so these are hints, not a procedure: In your dsmserv.opt, set TECHOST tec_server TECBEGINEVENTLOGGING YES * TECPORT - see manual, differs for Unix and Window. Often unset if TEC server uses portmapping. Recycle your TSM Server (Also look at command BEGIN EVENT LOGGING TIVOLI). Then look at the ENABLE EVENTS command, e.g. ENABLE EVENTS TIVOLI ERROR,SEVERE Or ENABLE EVENTS TIVOLI ANR9999 Stuart Please check that this email is addressed to you.
