Well, Allen, I caused most of the APARs to be written, and thus ... Just kidding. I usually go to the TSM Support page and enter likely keywords, based upon long-term familiarity with IBM database content, product ingredients, and some intuition. And searching often turns up some interesting allied information, by which I learn something new. I've even found how to join ADSM-L! Richard my-brain-is-full Sims
