To use a service such as this on a target system requires that the service have been fully installed and configured to support that access, so have the owner of that system verify that this is the case, and that such access is allowed. The dsmwebcl.log on the target system is the best, first place to look for CAD-related issues. If necessary, pursue IBM Technote recommendations on known causes of that message. Richard Sims
