CLOPSET and INCLEXCL files

Hi,

Using clopset options, is there a way to exclude all possibilities of
using a client's local inclexcl file ?
On UNIX, I imagine that, putting the Client Option 'inclexcl /dev/null'
can make it, but on wintel environment ?
