If these files remain in an open state when the backup runs are there any issues? Will they get backed up? Will they be in a usable state when restored if they do get backed up while open? We know from past experience open Oracle files are not, which is why tools are available to back these up, but I'd like to hear from anyone who has experience the .mdb's. Thanks for the help.
