IBM Technote 1177718 generally addresses that situation. As other contributors have said, there needs to be a whopping good reason to go through what would need to be done, even if it's at all possible (particularly, if Reusedelay covers the period). Given the finality of a node removal from TSM, it's not reasonable for the customer to now seek such a restoral.
