We use DS storage with AIX, SAP & use flashcopy backups. Using the TSM TDP for mySAP and the TSM TDP for ACS. You need to configure CIMOM on a server, we do this on our TSM server and mount the disks here, allocate the disks to the cimom server and NFS mount across relevant filesystems to provide config files.
This does work but can prove problematic on setup.
