Migrating TSM Server from Windows to Linux

Hi All,
 
What's in your opnion the best way (or easiest) way to migrate a Windows TSM 
Server to a RHEL platform?
 
I've already got a couple of suggestions from other people and I'm curious 
wether they are confirmed or not.
BTW we are also migrating the TSM Server from 5.2 to 5.4/5.5 at that stage.
