Hi,
we went from 5.2.7.0 on AIX to 5.5.0.0 in one go, upgradedb took about 2
minutes ( 36GB database about 60% used). No problems so far.

Just for the sake of argument: is it possible to do a DSMSERV UPGRADEDB
from a 5.2 database to 5.5 database or do I have to go through
intermediate versions?
I currently have an old 5.2 server (linux) and want to install 5.5 on
another linux server and move the database over (DBBACKUP to a
fileclass).
