Server ugrades and licensing

We are runing a 5.3.4.0 TSM server under zLinux and are planning
to upgrade to 5.4.2.0. We currently have licenses for some hundreds
of processors. How will the existing licenses be converted to the
new licensing scheme? In particular, will we get 100 value units for
each processor licensed under the old rules? If at all possible, I
would like a reference to an IBM document covering this issue.
