On a Linux Env., changing the installation prefix is not supported ; i
don't know the case for HP-UX.
Have you set DSM_DIR to your install dir ?
try : "DSM_LOG=/tmp/ LANG=C /xxx/opt/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin/dsmc"
and have a look to /tmp/dsmerror.log for more materials

Already copied to dsmclientV3.cat /xxx/opt/tivoli/tsm/client/lang/en_US, but
continues to provide the same mistake.
