Whereas your new instance of the server is showing the default install archive and backup storage pool volumes, it appears that your database restore didn't work, or restored to an unexpected location, or that your dsmserv.dsk file does not reflect the database volumes. It is the DEFine DBVolume command which adds the database volume names to the dsmserv.dsk file.
