When using (or attempting to use) encryption, be aware that the client manual fails to fully explain how file designation is achieved. Be sure to read Technote 1377379, which contains guidance that is missing from the manual, so that your organization doesn't end up with a situation of files not being backed up. (Things are not always as obvious as they seem - or should be.)
