Nicholas - Reusedelay pertains to storage pool volumes, not TSM database backups. Where DRM disciplines are in force, DRMDBBackupexpiredays governs all type of TSM database backups. EXPIre Inventory finally clears them.
Your client would best perform research in their Activity Log for volumes at issue, and particularly look for inadvertent DELete VOLHistory actions possibly interfering with DRM. And assure that all db backup volumes are receiving the correct drmstatus for their cyclic DRM processing. Richard Sims
