Del, Since SQL2000 is not involved, and I'm not doing VSS backups, the only prereqs I saw were for SP2 on both the OS and SQL2005, which were met. As a test, I dropped back to TDP 5.5.0.0 and it worked fine, but then it stopped working when I upgraded to 5.5.2.0. I then dropped back to 5.5.0.0 and upgraded to 5.5.1.0 and it is still working. Apparently there is something in the TDP 5.5.2.0 that is more fussy? Thanks, -steve

Please double-check them.
