Gary - If your scheduler is run via CAD (MANAGEDServices schedule), check the dsmwebcl.log for problem indications, and assure that the process is running.
If a basic dsmc schedule arrangement, running in Prompted mode, have someone try a telnet to its 1501 port from the TSM server to see if the telnet "latches" or is rejected. If running in Polling mode, the port number could be anything. You should probably consult the firewall info in the client manual for best results. Richard Sims
