Looks like the TDP client is unable to reach the TSM server. There's no illuminating info in the client logging, so you'll have to check the TSM server Activity Log for any indications. If nothing illuminating there, you'll have to perform some client-server tests to isolate the problem area. If this started happening at a certain time, and had been working before, site change control may identify some firewall or similar configuration change affecting connectivity.
