Hi Bill, Recreate a storage groups with the same name and database names as the old storage group. Make sure the names exactly match, including upper/lower case. Change the properties of the databases by checking the box that says: "This database can be overwritten by a restore" You should then be able to perform the restore. You should also be able to add those databases to the RSG now as well. It's been a little while since I have used Exchange 2003... so I can't remember completely. (Things get easier and nicer in Exchange 2007/2010.) Also, make sure to choose the restore option that says Replay Restored Log Only.
