IBM does now support TSM Server in VMware. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21239546
But they don't guarantee best performance. No library requirement at this time. I have multiple European sites within close proximity of each other and they have outgrown the WAN coming back to the states. Only storage available there is Iscsi and they have a substantial VMware implementation which would allow us to ride on a VM if feasible/functional. Thoughts ? Thanks, Duane
