Check the <install_dir>/_uninst/plan/tmp or
<install_dir>/_uninstal/plan/logs
for a db2setup.log file
If that file does not exist, then
check this
directory: 
/opt/tivoli/tsm/reporting/_uninst/plan/install/MachinePlan_localhost/00001_DB2_9.5


What is the output in the DB2_9.5.log file
