I think it was not received on ADSM-L.

I took part in survey (very negative).

By the way, I have found that portal has some kind of awards!

In my opinion, this is unbelievable fact. Support Portal is too complicated, 
unstable, slow, etc.

I am not able to find required fixes in most of the cases. By the way, I am 
able to find them on old download site in seconds.
