Slightly OT: ProtecTIER question

Guys

A quick one,  It's been a while, so I can't remember.  Creating a new
Virtual Library on a ProtecTIER, is that non-disruptive to existing
Virtual libraries?

If it makes a difference, it's the latest and greatest v2.4.1.0
