See the documentation of the Copy Serialization values Dynamic and Shared Dynamic. Obviously, though, the backup image of a file which is changing during the backup will be of little value to later restoral needs, and so having such a serialization setting in effect for all files, in the Copy Group definition, is hazardous. It is better to employ Shared Static and a reasonable Changingretries value, to retry files which are in the process of being written, and skip those that are hopelessly busy.
