Drivers arent part of TSM, but are not under a ULA which prohibits use if you 
dont have the "real" IBM tape drives.

As a side note, I probably would have picked something that is compatible with 
the TSM drivers so that you dont have to monitor 2 different software packages 
for upgrades / bug fixes.

Yes, you do. The tape drivers are part of TSM, not part of the 3584, as far as 
I've ever heard.
