We are using TBMR 6.2.2/6.3.0 WinPE1/WinPE2 for Windows 2003/2008 servers. TBMR is using TSM Clients 6.1.3/6.2.2 and TSM Server 5.5.4. It is not cheap ($600+ per standalone server or 4 VMs package), but it is cheaper than TSM Client license itself, because it does not depend on number of cores. We have around 100 licenses. I have tested BMR carefully and found it very reliable with good support from www.criestie .com. We have used TBMR to recover real production servers a few times. Normal progressive backup stratigy (First full + Incremental forever) is effective with TBMR.
