ANS0322E error

HI

Upgrade my TDP for Exchange from 6.1.2.0 to 6.1.3.1 with Exchange server 2010 
SP1 (rollup 2) but when trying to do a restore got this message error:

ANS0322E  (RC5853) No text available for this return code

Any suggestions ?
