Hi Mario,
Seems there is problem for the credential of the tsm admin which is being
used to set up the connection. Does the admin id you once used still
exist on the tsm server? Could you pls remove the connection and then use
another valid tsm admin id(with system privilege) to set up the connection
again?

Thanks.

Best Regards,

聂 姝 慧 (Selina Nie)

Subject
[ADSM-L] TSM Admin Center interface not working

Hi list,

I have TSM Server 5.5.5.0 on a Windows 2008 SP2 box running OK.

I have just installed TSM Admin Center 6.1.0.0 on the same machine. I can
logon using the defaut user, iscadmin, and I was even able to connect to
the TSM Server......but.....after that, nothing really works. No option on
the Manage Servers menu is working.....after selecting the TSM Server, and
selecting any option from the pull down menu, like "Modify Server
Connection" for instance, nothing happens.....

Any other option I choose from the main menu, like "Storage Devices",
shows me a "ANRW0017E The server connection currently does not include the
credentials required to access the server" message.

The problem is that I can´t fix the connection because of what I have just
explained above....

I have already tried reinstalling the TSM AC....but nothing changed.

Any help is appreciated.

Mario
