Reporting and BIRT in TSM 6.2

Has anyone found an easy to follow setup doc for integrating BIRT 2.2.1 into 
the Admin Center for TSM 6?

The install guide for Monitoring and Reporting , Feb 2011 has a very short 
section and a link to 
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/tivoli/library/t-tcr/ibm_tiv_tcr_customizing_report_designs.pdf.
  That file refers to a zip "provided by the product."  Anyone know where that 
unnamed zip would be found?

Is BIRT the only way to work up custom report?  Should I be using something 
else, that's "supported"?

Seems like I'm swimming in the deep end without a jacket.
