Hi Kamran, Ideas to answer to your 2nd question. - Change Mail Server Software from Exchange to Lotus Domino Instead and you will have much better Restore performance and functionality then M$ will never think of.
- Change to TSM FastBack or use FlashCopy Manager for Exchange - Most comment solutions are to use much smaller DAGs in Exchange so you only restore a few mailboxes instead of the entire company.
