Look at the copygroup for the node you are trying to create a backupset for. The error is indicating that the value for "TOC destination" is empty or invalid. The backupset will still be created, but there won't be any table of contents. You need to point that to a storage pool. a fast disk-based one is preferable. (This will need to be read when you browse the backupset's files in the future)
run "help generate backupset" and go through each parameter.
