I sympathize!!! I just upgraded our ILMT 7.2.1 to 7.2.2. The upgrade failed, requiring IBM support to get it working again, which took 4 WEEKS!!!
I'd suggest opening a support case (make it high - your system is down). Other than that, I'd just suggest making sure you have all the pieces/parts are upgraded to the right levels: db2, ewas/websphere, isc, ilmt.
