Hi Saravanan, One way this issue can be reproduced, is I rename a file the TSM API depends on:

Examine the dsierror.log for more information or determine if the TSM API is installed properly. Warning! Error initializing the connection to the TDP library Could not connect to the Adsm server I recommend that you uninstall/reinstall Domino:Mail. If this doesn't work, call IBM Support.
