The TDP's are all run as an ACTION=COMMAND schedule to run the agent program. Like SQLFULL.CMD or EXCFULL.CMD that come as the .SMP files you customize. I normally use the same CAD for all scheduling for a node. That way I don't need to worry about the incremental backup running at the same time the TDP is trying to run.... Also makes the client configuration simpler.
