Hi Del,
I think I found the problem.
When we uninstall TSM for Exchange 6.4 on one of the nodes then does the backup 
start directly.

I will have a conf call soon with L2 support soon so I can explain the entire 
situation and maybe then we can see if we can reproduce the problem in test 
environment.
