Hi Robert, You are correct. Before you can back up a client from the Clients page of the Operations Center (version 7.1.0), the server scheduling mode must be set to PROMPTED (and not to POLLING or ANY).

Now in O.C is a new feature to backup the client directly from the gui panel. My parameter in Q ST for Scheduling Modes is ANY. I notice that I can run the backup from the gui only if I change the Scheduling Modes to PROMPTED ! Strange because in the client side I have SCHEDMODE PROMPTED . SO the option ANY is not working !!!
