Dear All, after an error at one of our libraries (Quantum i6000, robotics became offline, we did a reboot instead of driving to the remote location to re-enable it) the library manager still shows one tape in a drive beeing "IN USE". but neither the library client who should own this tape / drive at the momten nor the library itself reports the same: for the libclient the tape is not mounted for the library the drive is empty
I tried to do an library audit, this fails immediatly then i restartet first the library manager instance later the whole physical server, the libmanager stiil reports the drive "IN USE" with the tape, even if there no session from the library client :-( starting a library audit then, took much longer, I canceled this after about three hours "dismount vol" does not work either Any idea what to do? a little bit off-topic: an IBM 3584 can do an internal inventory run, does anyone know something similar for the i6k?
